Engineering Technologist – Wattenberg Subsurface 

Anadarko; Denver, CO, US

Job Summary: This engineering technologist position will be located in the Denver office working with the Wattenberg asset team. Anadarko is seeking someone who will provide technical assistance to the asset development team, with specific focus on well planning, horizontal drilling, and spatial data analysis. The candidate is also expected to support reservoir, production, and other professional Engineers and occasionally interfaces with Accounting, Midstream, and other field personnel. Ensures that ANORM Database is up to date. Support engineering and geoscience staff by gathering well logs, production, drilling, completion, and reservoir data for analysis. Work on special projects and undertake data manipulation as requested by project teams. Successful candidates will be responsible for data management, data analysis/interpretation and quality support of a multi-discipline team.

Qualifications:

•2+ years of relevant work experience

  • Self-motivated individual with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills, knowledge of database and spreadsheet applications and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with ArcGIS, Aries, DSG Well Planning, OFM, PowerTools, Spotfire, preferred.
  • Takes initiative to maintain and increase technical and working knowledge.
  • Track record of utilizing technology to enhance data flow & process improvement.
  • High software aptitude with ability to program in Excel and Access, VBA preferred.
  • Robust knowledge of database and spreadsheet applications, specifically Microsoft Access and Excel.

  • Makes recommendations for complex problems based upon thorough data analysis/ interpretation.
  • Demonstrates initiative through interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Support well planning efforts in DSG and Compass. Interact with spatial data, geoscience, reservoir engineering, and drilling teams to gather data and generate high-quality plans.
  • Work with spatial data team to ensure data quality and proper use of GIS tools.
  • Support engineering and geoscience staff by combining data to develop, update and monitor multiple engineering databases.
  • Perform analysis and make recommendations on engineering data for troubleshooting and problem solving efforts.
  • Analyze processes, recommend implementation and utilize technology to execute process improvements.
  • Streamline and automate manual procedures, where possible utilizing software and programming such as Excel, Access, VBA, etc.
  • Coordinate and communicate across disciplines, applying lessons learned and best practices.
  • Maintain data and evaluate asset performance to drive efficiencies into the business.
  • May be responsible for written and verbal presentations to management.
  • Takes an active part in team meetings and decisions.
  • Uphold all company environmental, health and safety policies and principles.
  • Role model for highest professional and ethical behavior.
  • Assist the engineering team with data management, data assimilation and organization and process improvement.
  • Update, maintain and manage the team’s various technical databases, which could include OFM, Aries and other internal software programs. Become the team’s expert on the use and capabilities of these tools.
  • Gain familiarity with APC production and accounting systems and become proficient in extracting and compiling production and cost information as needed.
  • Proactively seek to improve systems, data management, processes and team functionality.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, IT, or related subject strongly preferred. Petroleum-related degree preferred. Grade and salary will be commensurate with relevant education and experience.

Certification/Licenses: Valid driver’s license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required.

Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation.

Travel Requirements: The percentage of travel required for this position is 0 -10%.

Work Schedule: This position is eligible for the 5/40 or 9/80 work schedule.

NGO and Stakeholder Relations Manager

Job Description: 

The NGO and Stakeholder Relations Manager role is an exciting opportunity to enter into a senior staff position within the External Communication (CX) business. The role will assist the VP of NGO and Stakeholder Relations in delivering the stakeholder strategy, policy, standards, guidelines, tools and processes related to Stakeholder Management and dialogue techniques. The role is based in London but will require the successful candidate to undertake an initial induction period in The Hague. The successful candidate must also be prepared to undertake regional travel as required.

The job holder is required to:

  • Analyse information sources so as to anticipate and address concerns of UK based stakeholders.
  • Identify, engage with and manage key International stakeholders based in the UK.
  • Ensure external relationships are carefully managed and feedback provided to VP NGO and Stakeholder Relations.
  • Ensure extensive and timely briefing of the VP NGO and Stakeholder Relations for stakeholder related activities in London.
  • Coordinating the preparation of briefing papers, and helping the VP to communicate follow-up actions.

Customer Engagement Executive – Financial Services Strategic Industry Job

Position Overview

The Customer Engagement Executive (CEE) is an individual contributor, responsible for ensuring that our subscription software customers are maximizing value from their applications during the customer life cycle and delivering market-leading retention rates.  In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong long-term relationships within the existing customer base from site champion through senior executive to promote the adoption, expansion and extension of our solutions.  The CEE is the primary commercial executive responsible for the maintenance and expansion of renewal revenue.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Enhance customer outreach in a manner which ensures customer retention and high $/$ renewal rates (as measured by quarterly renewal rates).
  • Engage with customers to drive engagement and value
  • Engage early to understand goals established throughout the sales cycle, proactively position value and monitor deployment progress
  • Develop a strategic plan for achieving software adoption and business results across portfolio – assisting the customer in refining goals & objectives, and providing the tools and resources necessary for the customer to succeed.
  • Own and manage interaction plans to ensure continuity
  • Maximize impact of cross-functional resources & personally intervene when appropriate
  • Regularly engage with customers to benchmark performance, establish KPI’s, and provide best practices
  • Advocate on behalf of customers with product management, engineering and management for critical product enhancements and issue resolution

  • Experience in account management, SaaS renewals

  • Possess the ability to acquire a thorough knowledge of our products (across multiple cloud lines of business (LoBs) and be able to communicate and demonstrate the value they provide.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Ideally possesses analytics experience and can leverage pivot tables and similar tools.
