Program Coordinator

Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, Inc. (RGGI, Inc.) seeks to hire a program coordinator to support the implementation of the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI), a cooperative effort of Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic states to reduce carbon dioxide emissions from the power sector.
The Program Coordinator will provide administrative, project management and program coordination support across all program areas. The Program Coordinator provides overall scheduling, logistical and process management to the organization. The Program Coordinator acts as a liaison with the Board of Directors, maintains Board records and coordinates logistics and materials for meetings of the Board of Directors, state agency staff and stakeholders on program components. The Program Coordinator also assists the Executive Director by managing timelines and logistics for deliverables, such as agendas, program materials and presentations and will assist in the preparation of these deliverables.
Night Drilling Supervisor

Requirements:
- Must have the legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
- Technical degree or diploma from an accredited institution
- Minimum of five (5) years in well engineering/operations; arctic and offshore experience is preferred
- Must have the availability and flexibility to work a 28/28 offshore schedule and be willing to train on non-rotation days
- Must be committed to particpating in the Shell Wells Round 1 / Round 2 Certification Exams
- Demonstrated operational and technical knowledge in drilling and completion operations
- Demonstrated experience training and mentoring junior level professionals
- Good communication skills and good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated apptitude for math and computer technology
Division Order Analyst – Land Services

Entry level training position, under direct supervision and mentoring, administers Division Order functions and basic working knowledge of relevant processes, procedures and applications while developing the basis for more independent action and decision-making.
1-2 years related experience in land records, titles and leases as well as previous experience in Division Order work.
