Electric Car Maker Tesla Opens Store In Miami Mall

Tesla has issued a voluntary partial recall for Model S cars manufactured from May 10-June 8 2013, citing concerns that the mounting bracket for the left-hand latch of the second-row seat is “weaker than intended”, and “reduces our confidence that the left hand seat back will be properly retained in the event of a crash”.

The issue was discovered during quality testing, rather than via customer complaint or reports of failures, according to a press release.
