Supply Chain Representative – SCM Midstream Projects – Rockies 

Anadarko; Denver, CO, US

Job Summary

This position is located in Anadarko’s Rocky Mountain Region in the Denver, Colorado field office as member of the Supply Chain Team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 year of direct experience within oil & gas industry preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supply chain experience preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of major project contracting and procurement.
  • Capable of trouble shooting complex project procurement issues and able to enroll stakeholders in the proper solution.
  • Deep knowledge of SCM processes and principles with a proven track record of value added delivery to operations.
  • Willingness to travel to field (less than 10% of time).
  • Strong skills in SAP preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Suite and LiveLink.
  • Buying, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, and Expediting experience preferred.
  • Someone with inside sales experinece in the Oil and Gas industry would be a plus.

  • SAP procurement systems, moderate competence preffered
  • Purchase-to-pay process familiarity.
  • Sourcing of materials and equipment, entry level.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Purchase-to-Pay process (end-to-end) for all purchase orders and monitor accuracy of invoices to order specifications.
  • Track and report invoice-related KPIs.
  • Manage supplier database.
  • Present concise solutions to Senior Buyers & Project Mangers on procurements needing resolution.
  • Establish regular performance reviews with key stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Drive for continuous improvements and innovation through collaborative relationships both internally through business teams and externally with suppliers

Education

College degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Accounting or Audit. Or any other equivalent major (4 year degree) required

Sr MI Designer/Developer – SBO IT

Job Description: 

  • Drives clarification of complex MI and analytical requirements from a technical solution design perspective and delivers effort estimates for those solutions
  • Contributes to/supervises the development of the Functional Specs from a technical design perspective
  • Develops or supervises design/solution development for enhancements of all complexities (extraction logic, data modeling, DSO/Cube/Update rule creation, reports)

Principal User Experience Researcher – Global Design Job 

SAP; Palo Alto, CA, US

Your tasks may include:

  • Manage large (global) research projects end-to-end that may consist of several workstreams and include a large number of activities
  • Design and execute user research and design thinking activities, including participatory design sessions, lab studies and / or field studies with customers and potential new users
  • Adjust user research / design thinking methods as needed to meet the needs of the project
  • Prepare research proposals and research plans
  • Brief team of non-researchers that are part of the research activity on applied method(s), deliverables, roles, and procedure
  • Report recommendations to stakeholders and upper management, and strategize with stakeholder on how to react on findings
  • Discover and validate business requirements and synthesize these requirements into effective use cases
  • Conduct persona research and development
  • Contribute to project planning and infrastructure initiatives
  • Coach other user researchers in applying user research and design thinking methods
  • Prepare and conduct formative and summative usability studies with customers and end users, including communication of results to product teams and stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively within UX- and product management / development community

Required skills

    • The candidate must have an advanced degree in human-computer interaction, cognitive or experimental psychology or applied anthropology; Ph.D. preferred
    • Exceptional behavioral data-collection and analysis skills, e. g. designing, conducting, and analyzing all kinds of user data (field and lab-based research)
    • Excellent knowledge of design thinking and user-centered design methods
    • Ability to moderate and facilitate workshops with larger groups with customers across various hierarchical levels
    • Excellent analytical, verbal, written and visual communication skills
    • Excellent communication skills, especially when communicating to customers
    • Strong customer focus
    • Ability to collaborate actively and effectively in multidisciplinary, distributed, and international teams

Preferred skills

  • Experience in working in an international team set up is an advantage

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience with user research and usability methods
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in applying ethnographic research methods
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in applying user-centered design and/or design thinking methods in large projects and adjusting them according to the project’s needs
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in leading large projects and teams
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience with user experience design and specification for enterprise software
  • Knowledge in business administration, business processes, business economics is a plus
  • Working experience in an agile development environment is an asset
