LSC Maintenance Manager 

Shell; Hong Kong

Job Description:

– Manage Plant Capital Expenditure projects
– Implement Asset Integrity and Process Safety in the Plant including agreed Group Engineering standards and Change Control Procedures.
– Implement LGAME and is the Risk and Integrity Focal point for the Plant
– Establish and manage Risk Based Maintenance per LOBP Guidelines, supporting L-GAME approach or Journey to Excellence in the Plant.
– Proactively manage all HSSE aspects of engineering activity execution and amongst team members and service providers.
– Seek, challenge and encourage improvements in all aspects of engineering, maintenance and HSSE for the Plant.
– Assess, estimate and propose annual maintenance, project budgets for the Plant
– Ensure awareness and adherence to all globally driven maintenance standards and processes
– Ensure the sharing of best practices through the envelope engineering & HSSE focal points.
– Establish competence and successor planning for all related vacancies and staff.
– Act as the local focal point to execute related HSSE matters in LSC. Expected interface with regional and global team as well as other local businesses.

  • Monitor market tendencies and technology trends.
  • Analyze customer requirements to identify growth opportunities for SAP.
  • Contributes to business case, develops and drives a product vision and a product roadmap.
  • Constantly evaluate competitive products to ensure our products are on-par or competitive in the market.

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required skills:

  • Excellent university degree.
  • Excellent communication skills, proven ability to deliver clear and convincing presentations.
  • Experienced in interaction with senior management of customers and partners.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Ability to work with people with different cultural backgrounds and mentalities.
  • Very strong customer focus.
  • Language: English.

Preferred skills:

  • Good technical understanding and hands-on development experience (with at skills in cloud computing and platform-as-a-service).
  • Good understanding of business challenges in general.
  • Willingness to take on complex tasks.
  • Willingness to work hands-on with customers and partners.
  • Open minded and problem solving attitude, willing to learn new things.

Work Experience:

  • Proven track record in successful delivery of measurable results.
  • 5 years professional and/or SAP technology experience, thereof at least 2 years in product / solution management and preferable in field (sales and/or consulting).
  • Practical experience with development is mandatory.
  • Proven track record in collaborating with customers and partners.
