Job Description:
Tax Advisor on the US Downstream Advice Team;
Direct tax advisor to Downstream clients, responsible for US tax oversight of business operations in the US and any US tax implications of any cross border transactions;
- Deliver high value comprehensive, accurate, and timely direct tax advice for Downstream in the US;
- Ensure there is a process in place for compliance with the Tax Manual of Global Tax Standards in the area of responsibility assigned and reporting of any breaches thereof in accordance with established practices;
- Take part in special tax projects and play active part in the Tax community where required;
- Support the development and implementation of standards and priority processes in accordance with the Tax Management Framework and Controls;

Responsibilities
