Co-developed by the Carbon Disclosure Project and C40 Cities, this report publicly discloses, for the first time, the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and climate risk data of 42 cities across the globe.

Of the 42 cities in the report, 57% have developed city-wide GHG reduction targets and 62% have established action plans to address the issue of climate change. Over 90% of the cities identified themselves as being at-risk due to climate change.
